We ship worldwide with DXL EXPRESS SHIPPING.Shipping to Finland and EU countries 1-3 business days
Shipping to USA 1-3 business days
Shipping everywhere else 1-5 business days
All orders are trackable, once your order is shipped you will receive the tracking number for your shipment.
Shipping delays may apply due to customs and other reasons.
Please contact us in case you didn't receive your package within 5 business days from the date the package was shipped. We will check the status of your package.
The buyer is responsible to provide a correct shipping information, Batel Boutique doesn't take responsibility/refund/reship in case of missing or wrong information.
Batel Boutique does not take responsibility /refund/reship in case of a delayed shipping. If your package did not arrive to its destination, it will be sent back to us and we will resend it to you.
The buyer is responsible to pickup the package on time, incase the buyer does not pickup the package in time from his/her local post office, the package will be sent back to us. We will notify you by email and send the package back to you once you confirm your shipping address.
Batel Boutique prices include VAT where applicable.
Deliveries to EU countries will not be subjected for additional duties, taxes and charges. Deliveries to None EU countries may be subjected to additional duties, taxes and charges.
All additional Taxes and customs charges are the responsibility of the customer and are not included in the cost of the order or shipping charge. Taxes and customs charges differ depending on the country and state of the shipping address.
CANCELLATION
Customers ordering the wedding dress in our Helsinki studio/boutique agree to our term and conditions and return policy by signing the ordering form.
Customers ordering the wedding dress in our Helsinki studio/boutique agree and confirm they read and understand our return policy as followed. Made to order and custom made wedding dresses are not cancelable, none refundable, none exchangeable and none returnable.
in rare cases of agreed cancellation by Batel Boutique, the buyer will receive a partial refund calculated by the stage the dress/order is at the time of cancellation, calculated the hours of work made on the dress/order, coat of fabrics and materials and amount of fittings made in the making of the buyer dress.
RETURN AND EXCHANGE

We understand how important the ordering of your wedding dress is, this is why we make each item to your order, size or measurements.
We offer a size guid for your assistance with regular sizes with measurements in inches and cm's to make it easy for you to choose your size. If its possible we recommend our customers to provide measurements to make sure the item will be made to your exact body. Regular sizes are just for reference, for making it easy for you to choose your size, regular sizes items are also MADE TO ORDER and are note returnable.
We offer 30 days free of charge alterations in case you need to alter the size or make some changes to the dress. Return for alteration shipping is paid by the buyer, we will alter the dress to your requirements and will ship it free of charge back to you.
We recommend shipping alteration packages back to us with trackable shipping. We do not replace, refund lost packages.

Each item is made in our Finland based studio, each package is carefully and safely packed to insure you will receive your dress in perfect condition.
RUSH ORDERS- rushed orders cannot be canceled, returned, refunded or exchanged. It takes us 1-2 weeks to make your order ( some items may have a longer production time ) , in case you ask to have it shipped faster, we put a priority on making your order, for that reason we do not offer cancelation, return, refund or exchange.
